Asulam update October 2021

The period for applying Asulam to control bracken under the terms of this year’s Emergency Authorisation ended on 13 September. There is now a period for storage and disposal of stocks that expires on 31 October 2021. From 1 November it will be illegal to store Asulam.

The manufacturers of Asulam, UPL Europe Ltd., has kindly agreed again to take back unused, unopened stocks and containers should be returned through the distributors.

Other partially used stocks of Asulam must be disposed of before 31 October.

Many users of Asulam have returned the form that was attached to the containers when sold.

Please could anyone who has not yet provided details, complete the form as soon as possible.

The form is available for printing and completing by hand from the website; online and Word versions of the form are also available.
