What is NFU CallFirst?

It is an unlimited free service for NFU Farmer & Grower members seeking direct professional advice on farming, legal or technical issues, or for general membership enquiries concerning subscriptions, payments, magazines and voucher discounts available with our affinity partners.

How does NFU CallFirst work?

NFU CallFirst is based at NFU HQ in Stoneleigh and staffed exclusively by specialist advisers. All calls are answered directly by our own team no overseas call centres, no computerised, pre-recorded answers. Specific legal or technical matters are transferred to experts in their particular field.

What kind of legal and technical help does NFU CallFirst offer?

Professional advice on a comprehensive range of issues: land, employment, legal issues, agriculture, planning, environment, company, transport, health and safety and rates.

*For security and training purposes calls may be recorded and monitored. Calls to 0370 numbers will be taken out of any inclusive minutes available on your mobile or landline national minutes plan. If not, it’s still no more expensive than calling national rate numbers starting 01 or 02.
