Welsh farmers are passionate about providing a huge variety of quality Welsh food for us all to enjoy. But farming is about much more than growing great food. Welsh farming is the cornerstone of the £7.9 billion Welsh food sector and across the entire food and drink supply chain industry over 239,000 people are employed with nearly 53,000 of these people employed on Welsh farms. Our We Are Welsh Farming campaign was launched to help gain support for Welsh farmers, and offers you the chance to get involved and showcase the industry to a wider audience. It’s never been more important to show the true worth of Welsh farming and all that it delivers for Wales as a whole.
