Glamorgan

Last updated: 14 Jan 2014

This is the home of the National Assembly and the capital of Wales.

Glamorgan has a famous Welsh cricket team and attracts visitors across the world to the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. The area represents seven County Council Unitary Authorities from Swansea to the west, Cardiff to the east and Merthyr Tydfil in the North.

Glamorgan has a mixture of upland and lowland farms with predominantly sheep production in the north and dairy and arable farms in the south.
