Her career spans senior roles across politics, government and broadcast journalism, including serving as Senior Special Adviser to two First Ministers of Wales. She has deep expertise in policy development, legislation and inter-governmental relations, helping organisations understand and navigate the political dynamics shaping devolved policymaking and public debate.

Jo also has extensive experience in media and crisis environments, having worked as a senior journalist and presenter for the BBC and as Political Editor of ITV Wales for more than a decade. She supports organisations managing sensitive issues, public scrutiny and high-profile stakeholder and media engagement.
