Trading between Great Britain and Northern Ireland from 1st January 2021

These are set out in the Command Paper 'The UK’s Approach to the Northern Ireland Protocol' with further guidance available here. This briefing will give an overview of the expected changes in regard to agri-food goods moving between GB and NI.

Under the Northern Irish Protocol there will changes to the way in which goods move between Great Britain (GB) and Northern Ireland (NI).
