How does NFU CallFirst work?

NFU CallFirst is based at NFU HQ in Stoneleigh and staffed exclusively by specialist advisers. All calls are answered directly by our own team - no overseas call centres; no computerised, pre-recorded answers. Specific legal or technical matters are transferred to experts in their particular field.

  • NFU CallFirst handles over 40,000 calls a year
  • NFU CallFirst is open 50 hours a week – 2,000 hours a year

Specialist advice doesn't have to be costly, especially if you're part of the NFU. The NFU CallFirst service is included for farmer and grower members. Call 0370 845 8458.
