09 - July - 2008PEMBROKESHIRE NFU CYMRU ON FARM MEETING
Ian Backhouse, Chairman of the NFU Combinable Crops Board will address a meeting of Pembrokeshire NFU Cymru arable and horticultural members on farm at penfeidr, Castle Morris next Wednesday, 16 July 2008.
The meeting will be held at Penfeidr Farm, Castle Morris, Haverfordwest, by kind permission of the Raymond brothers from 5.30pm and will be open to all NFU Cymru members. As well as hearing from Ian Backhouse, members will also be addressed by Walter Simon, NFU Horticulture and Potatoes Board Vice-Chairman, who farms in Pembrokeshire.
Nigel James, NFU Cymru County Chairman for Pembrokeshire said, “We are very grateful to Ian Backhouse and Walter Simon for agreeing to come and address our meeting and we would like to thank Mansel and Meurig Raymond for agreeing to host the meeting on their farm. I hope we will get a good turnout of local NFU Cymru members. Please also encourage your friends and neighbours to come along.”
