25 - June - 2008ANGLESEY NFU CYMRU MEETING

NFU Cymru members on Anglesey are invited to attend a tour of the Welsh Country Food abattoir and cutting plant on Thursday, 10 July 2008.

Local farmers, both young and old, are being encouraged to attend the next NFU Cymru county meeting which will start at 1pm, promptly, on 10 July at the car park of the abattoir in Gaerwen. As well as the tour members will also be able to talk to Welsh Country Food staff.

Following the tour there will be a meeting to discuss current policy and local issues at the Tafarn y Rhos, Llangefni from 4pm.

Llewellyn Jones, NFU Cymru Anglesey County Chairman said, “We are very grateful to Welsh Country Foods for putting on this tour for us.  I hope we will get a good turnout of local NFU Cymru members.  Please also encourage your friends and neighbours to come along.”
