Pembrokeshire NFU Cymru Meeting Invite

Local YFC member, Harri Davies, will be the guest speaker at the next NFU Cymru Pembrokeshire County meeting on Thursday, 19 January 2012.

Held at Agriculture House, Haverfordwest at 8pm, NFU Cymru members are invited to come along to hear Mr Davies, from Cwmbettws, Eglwyswrw give a presentation on “Combining in the USA” following his recent experience of working on the harvest in the United States of America where around 40% of the world’s grain crop is produced.

The meeting will include an update on the latest policy issues including CAP Reform, Bovine TB and Glastir. The meeting will also be an opportunity for the county branch to consider the programme of meetings and activities for 2012.
Andrew Lewis, Pembrokeshire NFU Cymru new Chairman, said, “This meeting is open to all members and I do hope we will get a good turnout. Please also encourage your friends and neighbours to come along.”
